Master Your Thoughts and Win at Life!

There will come a time in your life where you will begin to notice what you are thinking. This is very good, and rather than just thinking, you will realize that you are your thoughts.  There’s a scripture in the bible that says” As a man thinketh, so is he” so it is good to observe of your thoughts. Once you realize what type of thoughts you are having, you’ll be able to control them better and determine what you choose to think. This is very powerful because you are not separate from your thoughts. Deep huh?..... You become your thoughts and most of the time, you are thinking on autopilot with one random thought entering your mind after another. You can see, hear or smell something that triggers a memory, and your thoughts go on a rampage. Before you know it, you are emotionally invested in an old insignificant random thought. Although the thought that you may be thinking at the time is a random thought, if you hold that thought for less than 16 seconds another though

Set A Schedule and Attain Your Goals!

Setting a schedule can be very hard for network marketers to do!  For some reason they like to say things like, “but I’m doing this so I can have flexibility with my schedule”.  That is TRUE.  However, if you want to have a successful business so you can HAVE flexibility, you need to have a schedule.  Here are some suggestions in helping you set your schedule: First put in any “other” work priorities.  In other words, if you work another full or part time job,  that needs to be marked out of your calendar.  You are not available during that time. When people think of goal setting, they often think of long term goals such as making $1 million dollars or buying their dream home.  Long terms goals are very important, but so are short term goals.  Short term goals can help you stay motivated as you are working towards those long term goals.  They are the little pats on the back along the way. They can be especially gratifying in network marketing.  A short term goal allows you to see that you are making progress in the bigger goal of having a successful business.  A short term goal should be something that you can accomplish in about three months and something that you would not normally be able to do if it weren’t for your business.  Here are some examples of short term goals: -          A new summer wardrobe -          A weekend getaway with your spouse -          Pay off a credit card -          Have a debt free Christmas -        Remodel your kids room
